How can I access my results?

1.

As soon as your results are ready, you will be notified by SMS. You must now enter your matricule. If you do not have a matricule, we will provide you with a number combination at the blood collection centre.

2.

A code has just been sent to you by text message. Enter it in your customer area.

3.

Once in your customer area, you can download your PDF files.

Frequently asked questions

It is advisable to consult your results with your doctor. If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Routine tests, such as a blood count, can be completed the same day. More specific tests often take longer. Treatment times can vary from a few days to 3 weeks, depending on the test. So be patient, be patient.

With the exception of the following cases, results will not be given over the telephone: HIV with personal code (to be given when blood is taken); anonymous HIV with request number.  No information will be given over the phone about STIs (Sexually Transmitted Infections).
