Once the data has been submitted in full, you will receive a test kit. You can return the sample and the corresponding form (the identification sheet) duly completed, either by post or you can drop it off at one of our centres.

Information notice on data protection:

As part of the Colorectal Cancer Screening Programme, your contact details are only used to create the label required for sending the sample and will be deleted at the end of the screening programme. Upon receipt of your sample, your personal details on the identification form are checked and recorded in our information system.

Your health data will be stored for a period of 30 years, in compliance with legal provisions and the responsibility of Laboratoires Réunis' legal entities.
